摘 要:针对传统液压拉深机的计算机数控改造需求,构建了一个高性能的实时嵌入式控制系统。该系统硬件采取多种抗干扰措施,软件具有友好的人机界面和便利的工艺数据库管理功能。对嵌入式控制系统的硬件设计方法、驱动程序开发、控制软件开发、液压伺服控制方法等关键问题进行了探讨。测试结果表明,该控制系统能够充分满足液压拉深机复杂工艺的控制要求。With the aim of renovating traditional hydraulic deep drawing press by computer numerical control (CNC) technology, a high performance real-time embedded control system was constructed. Some anti-interference measures were applied to hardware de- sign of this system; and the software was programmed with friendly Human Machine Interface (HMI) and convenient process database management. Hardware design method for the embedded control system, development of driver programming, software programming, hydraumatic servo control algorithms and other key issues were investigated. Experimental results indicate that this control system can fully meet with the control operation need of complex process for the drawing press.
