摘　　要：当前服刑人员中，人性的异化和精神的危机已成为突出的问题，归根结底是一种主流文化的缺失。鲁西监狱在教育改造工作中，以“明德守法，崇文尚理，强能塑新”为理念，坚持把监狱文化建设作为提升改造质量的重要平台，把着力点放在对服刑人员启迪最为深刻、作用最为持久的监区文化建设上，充分发挥文化的浸润教化功能，用文化引导人、感化人、挽救人，走出了一条用文化的方式发展有灵魂的教育，用有灵魂的教育拓展本质改造的新路子。Taking full advantages of various education advantages and integrating the essence ofexcellent traditional culture, red culture, modern culture and special culture of the prison, Luxi Prison restructures the moral culture of the prisoners to implement the project of reforming prisoners with culture. Luxi Prison constructs the culture corridor with the theme of “developing the education with soul by means of culture,” thus making the intangible culture visible, This corridor has become the spiritual home for the prisoners, which directs them to reform themselves in a harmonious environment.
