^(13)C-辛酸呼气试验测定促动力药物对胃排空功能障碍疾病的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的应用13C-辛酸呼气试验及症状评分评价促动力药物对胃排空障碍疾病的治疗效果。方法经13C-辛酸呼气试验测定有胃排空功能障碍及临床表现的236例患者,随机分成3组:治疗组84例,对照组84例,基础组68例。基础组给予抑酸、保护胃黏膜治疗,治疗和对照组分别加给莫沙比利分散片、多潘立酮片。治疗14 d观察症状改善情况及胃半排空时间(T1/2),延迟相时间(Tlag)改变情况。结果;治疗组、对照组、基础组3 d后的腹痛缓解率分别是46.0%、35.3%、30.2%;腹胀缓解率分别是48.6%、33.8%、5.9%早饱缓解率分别是53.8%、30.4%、25.8%;烧心缓解率分别是48.8%、36.%、27.8%,P值均<0.01,3组之间差异有统计学意义。服药7 d,14 d后,前两组以上症状及T1/2、TIag,P>0.05,无显著性差异,服药前后两组T1/2、TIag,P<0.01,有显著性差异。而基础组治疗前P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论莫沙比利分散片和多潘立酮片对胃排空障碍性疾病均有显著的疗效,前者起效更快,能更早地缓解症状,效果更好。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the gastrointestinal impetus drugs to the delayed gastric emptying diseases by 13C oetanoie acid breath test. Methods The patients who have the delayed gastric emptying diseases di- agnosed by 13C octanoic acid breath test were divided into three groups randomly：test group （n = 84 ）and control group （n = 84 ） and basic group（ n = 68 ）. The test group were given mosapride dispersible tablet and the control group given domperidone tablet by 14 days. To observe the improving of the symptom and the change of T1/2 ,Tlag. Results The remission rate of stomachache was 46.0% in test group,35.3% in control group ,while 30.2% in basic group. The remission rate of abdominal distension was 48.6% in test group,33.8% in control group,while 25.9% in basic group. The remission rate of early satisfied was 53.8% in test group,30.4% in control group, while 25.8% in basic group. The remission rate of heartburn was 48.8% in test group 36.4% in control group,while 27.8% in basic group, and there were significant difference between the three groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After 7,14 days of given drugs, there were no difference between the two groups on the symptom and TI/2 Tlag （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant difference before and after given drugs in the two groups of T1/2 ,Tlag （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Mosapride dispersible tablet and domperidone tablet have significant effect on the delayed tastric emptying diseases and the first was better.
