氟西汀和马普替林治疗抑郁症对血清IL-2、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氟西汀与马普替林治疗抑郁症对血清中IL-2、IL-6的影响,探索细胞因子在抑郁症中的作用。方法将90例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,每组45例,分别用氟西汀和马普替林治疗,疗程均为8周。采用ELISA法检测治疗前后患者血清中IL-2、IL-6含量。结果治疗前两组血清IL-2、IL-6水平接近;治疗8周后两组血清IL-2、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显下降;治疗8周后氟西汀组血清IL-2、IL-6水平低于马普替林组。结论在抑郁症治疗中,氟西汀的免疫调节作用较马普替林有一定的优势。Objective To investigate the influence of maprotiline and fluoxetine on serum interleukin-2 and 6 in the treatment of depression and explore the function of Cytokines in depression.Methods Ninety patients with depression were randomly divided into maprotiline group and fluoxetine group. The course of treatments of both groups were 8 weeks. ELISA method was used to detect the IL-2 and IL-6 content in the serum of patients before and after treatment.Results The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the serum of patients in both groups were similar before treatment. After 8-week treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the serum of patients in both groups decreased obviously and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the serum of patients in the fluoxetine group were significanly lower than those of the maprotiline group.Conclusion In the treatment of depression,the immunological regulation of fluoxetine is better than that of maprotiline.
