摘　　要：本文考证了老子的姓名,论证了老子不姓李而姓老、老子名耳字聃的说法;考证了《老子》一书的作者及其成书年代;论证了《老子》一书的作者是老聃,并提出其成书年代不会晚于战国初期。This text researched into Lao Zi's name,argument That Lao Zi's family name isn't Lee but is Lao,Lao Zi's second name is er and Dan;Researched into the author of Lao Zi and it becomes a book for age,argument the author of Lao Zi is Lao Dan,put forward it to become a book for age can't late in the early days of the Warring States.
