摘 要:既有线铁路桥墩扩大基础是在桥墩下面逐级放大的明挖基础,使桥梁的荷载逐步分散,扩大基础一旦发生沉降,会对整个桥梁与线路安全造成影响。本文分析了淮南煤矿铁路济河特大桥15#、26#桥墩沉降的原因,提出采用高压旋喷桩法加固桥墩基础的措施,介绍了复合地基加固桥墩基础的设计方法及施工参数;为确保线路安全,引进了桥墩动态施工监控、实时数据传输的方法,并进行了实际工程验证。Pier spread foundation of the existing railway is the open-dig foundation enlarged step by step below the pier, which makes the bridge load dispersed gradually, and the settlement of the spread foundation has a great influence on safety of railway bridges. This paper analyzed the reasons for the 15^# and 26^# piers settlement in HuaiNan colliery Chee river super railway bridge, presented the pier foundation reinforcement method of high pressure jet grouting pile, and introduced the composite foundation design method and construction parameters for pier foundation reinforcement. In order to ensure the safety of railway during construction, dynamic pier construction monitoring and real-time data transmitting had been applied and the practical engineering verification had been implemented.
