平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤98例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价不同质量浓度的平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的效果,为临床血管瘤的多样化治疗提供参考。方法回顾中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科2006—2011年采用平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤患者98例。对不同部位的血管瘤采用不同质量浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗:部位表浅的血管瘤为1.0mg/mL,部位深在的血管瘤为1.6mg/mL。结果表浅部血管瘤有效率为98.1%,深部血管瘤有效率为100%。结论对不同部位的颌面部血管瘤采用不同质量浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗可取得较好的效果并减少不必要的并发症。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of using different concentration of Pingyangmycin to treat hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region and to provide reference for treating hemangioma. Methods Totally 98 patients with hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region were reviewed who were treated by Pingyangmycin with different con centration to different parts. The details were as follows ： to the hemangioma of the surface it was 1.0 mg/mL while to mucous membrane and subcutaneous it was 1.6 mg/mL. Results The effectiveness of shallow hemangioma was 98.1% , and that of the deep hemangioma was 100%. Conclusion For different parts of hemangioma , different concentrations of Pingyangmycin treatment is with good result and can reduce unnecessary complications.
