摘　　要：[目的]了解山东省各级疾病预防控制中心慢性病防控人力资源现状,为加强我省慢性病防控能力建设、制定慢性病防控相关政策提供依据。[方法]对全省17市及辖区疾病预防控制中心从事慢性病防控工作的人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。[结果]全省各级疾病预防控制中心共有专职慢病防控人员297人,其中省级、市级、县级疾病预防控制中心平均人数分别为13.00、3.00、1.65人;全省各级慢性病防控专职人员平均年龄为38.62岁;学历以本科和大专居多,分别占44.44%和31.99%;职称以中级和初级为主,分别占44.78%和35.02%。县级疾控中心慢性病防控人员拥有副高及以上职称的比例仅为9.01%,市级为30.77%,省级为35.29%(P<0.01或<0.05)。从事慢性病工作年限平均仅为4.53年。[结论]增加各级疾控机构慢性病防控专职人员数量,重视高学历人才的补充,加大慢性病防控业务培训是我省下一步慢性病防控人力资源建设的工作重点。[Objeetive]To understand the human resources of chronic disease prevention and control at centers for dis- ease control and prevention（CDC）, Shandong Province, 2010, so as to provide bais for strengthening human resources con- struction of chronic disease prevention and control. [Methods]Questionnaire was filled by the people who devote them- selves to the job of chronic disease prevention and control in CDC,the data was analyzed by soft of SPSS 13.0. [Results] Total of staff engaged in chronic disease prevention and control of Shandong province was 296 and the average number of staff in province, prefecture-level city and county of CDC was 13.00,3.00, and 1.65 respectively. The average age of staff was 38.62. Ratio of staff＇s education background was 44. 44 % ,and 31.99 % for bachelor degree, college degree respective- ly. Ratio of middle and primary professional title was 44.78% and 35.02% respectively. The ratio of staff in county CDC, prefecture-level city CDC,province CDC who have acquired senior titles was 9.01%, 30.77%, and 32.59% （ P 〈0.05） respectively. The average time of work experience in chronic disease prevention and control was 4.53 years. [-Conclusion[ More personnel associated with higher education degree are needed and strengthening training of chronic disease preven- tion and control is also a focus of work.
