中外合作办学质量监控存在的问题及对策探究——基于博洛尼亚进程的反思

摘　　要：中外合作办学是中国高等教育国际化的一种重要形式,但是,由于功利主义的办学观、中外教育体制的差异以及中外合作机制的成熟度等种种缘故,其教育质量及质量监控一直不尽人意。该文在借鉴欧洲博洛尼亚进程有关教育质量监控体系的有益经验的基础上,提出了相应的对策。Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is one of the critical forms of internationalization of higher education in China.Yet the quality of teaching and monitoring is barely satisfactory because of the utilitarian concept of running schools,the differences between Chinese and foreign educational systems,as well as immaturity of Sino-foreign cooperative mechanism.Under this circumstance,the author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures based on the aspect of the European Bologna Process.
