摘　　要：清华大学作为国内博士后人数最多的高校,承载着培养高质量博士后队伍的特殊使命。在创建有特色、高水平的世界一流大学进程中,如何提高博士后的培养质量以满足当今社会对人才的高度需求?文章通过调查问卷的形式对一百多位博士后合作导师进行了调查,对回收的问卷进行了深入的研究和分析,以期不断提高博士后培养质量,为国家输送更多优秀的战略型、复合型、创新型的高层次人才,并不断开创博士后工作的新局面。Tsinghua,with the largest number of post doctorates in domestic colleges and universities,has a special mission to cultivate high-quality post-doctoral team.How to improve the quality of post-doctoral cultivation to meet the high demand for talent in establishing distinctive and world-class universities with high level？ This article,by survey on more than 100 postdoctoral cooperation mentors in the form of the questionnaire,conducted in-depth research and analysis in order to continuously improve the postdoctoral cultivation quality,cultivate more strategic,comprehensive and innovative high-level talents for the nation,and constantly develop the post-doctoral work.
