摘  要:凹版印刷的油墨转移率很大程度上取决于网穴容积的大小。而网穴容积的大小受雕刻工艺参数,如加网线数、网穴角度和雕针角度的制约,网穴容积计算存在很大的难度,也给凹版制版工艺的优化带来困难。本文提出一种电子雕刻凹版网穴容积的计算模型,以70线/厘米的加网线数和120°的雕针角度在滚筒上雕刻3种网穴角度下不同网点面积率的网穴,利用网穴测试仪测量网穴开口长度和宽度(即网穴开口的对角线长度)及网穴深度,再通过Matlab软件分析网穴开口长度和宽度之间的关系,以及网穴深度与网穴开口长度和宽度之间的关系,建立不同网穴角度下单个网穴容积的计算模型。研究表明:在一定的加网线数下,单个网穴容积大小与网穴角度.雕针角度和网穴深度3个参数有关;本计算模型适用于不同网穴角度下网穴容积的计算;通过该模型,只要测量出不同网点面积率下雕刻网穴的深度,并知道雕针角度,就可以计算出网穴容积。The rate of ink transfer is an important factor affecting the printing quality of gravure printing and depends largely on the gravure cell volume. The ink cell volume is affected by gravure process parameters such as screening lines, ink cell angle and engraving needle angle, so it is difficult to calculate the cell volume and optimize the gravure plate - making process. A calculation model of the volume of gravure cell was put forward in this paper. The cells with three kinds of ink cell angles and different dot area coverage were carved with the screening lines of 70 lpc and needle angle of 120°. The opening length, width and depth of the ink cell were measured by cell measuring instrument and their relation was found with Matlab. The calculation model was built to calculate the cell volume. The results showed that the single cell volume depends on the cell angle, needle angle and the cell depth with the same screening lines. The calculation model is suitable for different cell angles. If the depth of ink cell with different dot area coverage is measured, the ink cell volume will be calculated with the known needle angle.
