摘  要:本实验针对户内喷墨打印的使用特点,确定了染料型UV喷墨墨水的连结料、染料及光引发剂等配方原料的类型。在UV喷墨墨水连结料的配方实验中,选用3种不同官能度的单体,采用均匀实验设计方法,以黏度与表面张力为测试指标,得到了3种符合喷墨打印要求的连结料配比方案。在UV喷墨墨水的配方实验中,首先测试了墨水染料的紫外光谱透过率,结合光引发剂的紫外光谱吸收特性,确定了染料与光引发剂的匹配方案;然后采用正交实验设计方案,以墨水的固化速率与墨层色强度为测试指标,确定了CMYK四色染料型UV喷墨墨水的优选配方。In this paper, according to the characteristics of indoor inkjet printing, the categories of row materials in dye - based UV inkjet ink formulation, such as based materials of vehicles, dyes and photoinitiators, were selected. In the vehicle matching experiments, the different functional groups of monomers were used. And based on the indicators of viscosity and surface tension, three types of vehicle matching program were obtained by uniform experiment design method, to meet the requirements of inkjet printing. In the ink matching experiments, both Ultraviolet transmittance of dyes and the Ultraviolet absorption property of photoinitiators were tested. Then the matching program of dye and photoinitiators were confirmed. Finally, based on the indicators of curing rate and color strength, the optimum formula of the four - color UV curing ink was obtained by orthogonal experimental method.
