摘　　要：运用可持续发展理论和生态经济学原理,从白然、社会、经济的角度,选取了20个单项指标,构建了大连生态环境质量评价指标体系,采用专家打分法、层次分析法和模糊综合评判法构建出城市生态环境质量评价的模型,定量地对大连的生态环境进行了综合评价。We analysed quality and problems of ecological environment in DaLian city on the basis of domestic and foreign documents and practical research. We constructed environmental quality evalualion index system for the city with 20 indexes of sustainable development and ecological economy theories. We made the comprehen- sive valuation of the ecological environment of DaLian city with methods of specialist score making, analytic hi- erarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and found out that the city~ ecological environment quality was generally good. Environmental quality of the center district of the city and ChangI-Iai county was ex- cellent. Environmental quality of JinZhou district, Lvshunko district, WaFangdian and Zhuanghe was good. Environmental quality of Pulandian was medium.
