摘　　要：教育组织领导是为了实现组织决策而采取的合适的领导方式、激励模式和沟通方式;教育组织的控制是通过对教育组织及其成员行为的监督、检查和调节,使组织及其成员按照既定的目标努力,或根据发展的需要调整目标或纠正组织及其个人的行为偏差。In order to achieve organizational decisions,educational organization and leadership is taken as the appropriate leadership style,motivation model and communicate way;The control of educational organizations is through supervision,check and adjustment of the behavior of educational organizations and their members,making them adjust and correct their behavior deviation in accordance with the established goals and the needs of development.
