摘　　要："双师型"教学团队建设是高职院校可持续发展和人才培养质量提高的关键问题。我国高职教学团队建设中存在诸多问题,借鉴国外职教师资培训的经验,我们应该加强"双师型"教学团队建设的制度保障,为教师成长营造良好的环境。＂Dual Qualified＂ teaching team construction is a key issue to the sustainable development and the improvement of personnel training quality of higher vocational colleges.There are many problems in China＇s teaching team construction of higher vocational colleges.Learning from the experience of foreign vocational teacher training,we should strengthen the system support of ＂Dual Qualified＂ teaching team construction to create a good environment for teachers to develop in.
