摘　　要：案例对比分析法是管理学中的一种具有探索性研究的科学分析方法,也是MBA教学中的重要教学模式。对比分析法的特征和作用主要表现为方法与学科的交融、认识与实践的结合、鲜明性和说服力,其核心是将感性认识与理性认识相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合。通过作者的初步探究和实践,发现在MBA案例研究中,案例对比分析研究方法对于促进理论构建和创新,促使理论和实践相互促进和发展具有重要的意义,也是可以实验探索总结的一种新的思维和新的方法。The case of comparative analysis and management is a scientific analysis of exploratory research, but also an important teaching in the MBA teaching mode. The comparative analysis of the characteristics and role mainly as a blend of methods and disciplines, knowledge and practice combined with a distinctive and persuasive, its core is the combination of the perceptual and rational knowledge and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Of the preliminary inquiry and practice, in the MBA case study, case comparison analysis method not only has great significance for the promotion of the theory and innovation, to promote the theory and practice of mutual promotion and development, but also can experiment to explore the summary of a new thinking and new approaches.
