摘  要:目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)和3-硝基络氨酸(3-NT)动态变化及临床意义。方法收集AD患者(AD组)48例,正常对照组(NC组)37例。全部研究对象均进行简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和Hachinski缺血指数(HIS),AD患者用全面衰退量表(GDS)分级。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSIA)测定两组血浆NO、3-NT、ox-LDL的浓度。结果 (1)AD组血浆NO、3-NT、ox-LDL浓度分别为(41.01±16.40)μmol/L、(119.46±21.82)nmol/L、(112.25±17.81)μg/L,较对照组血浆NO、3-NT、ox-LDL浓度(15.97±6.63)μmol/L、55.09±9.63)nmol/L、(47.46±10.04)μg/L均明显升高(P<0.05、P<0.05和P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,血浆NO、3-NT、ox-LDL浓度与AD患者的MMSE评分呈负相关。(2)AD组内3个指标血浆浓度的Pearson相关分析显示,AD组中血浆NO浓度与血浆3-NT浓度正相关,而血浆NO、3-NT浓度与血浆ox-LDL浓度无明显相关性。结论 AD患者血浆NO、3-NT、ox-LDL浓度显著升高,可能与AD患者的病情严重程度密切相关。Objective To clarify the role of NO,3-NT and ox-LDL in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods 48 patients with AD and 37 normal controls(NC) were recruited.Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) and Hachinski Ischemic Score(HIS) were performed in all patients and controls.The severity of AD was evaluated according to Global Deterioration Scale(GDS).The plasma levels of NO,ox-LDL and 3-NT were measured in all the objects.Results The plasma level of NO was significantly higher in the patients with AD(41.01±16.40)μmol/L than in NC(15.97±6.63)μmol/L(P〈0.05).The plasma level of 3-NT was significantly higher in the patients with AD(119.46±21.82)nmol/L than in NC(55.09±9.63)nmol/L(P〈0.05).The plasma level of ox-LDL was significantly higher in the patients with AD(112.25±17.81)μg/L than in NC(47.46±10.04)μg/L(P〈0.05).Through rank correlation analysis,the severity of AD was positively correlated with the plasma concentration of NO,3-NT and ox-LDL.Conclusion NO,3-NT and ox-LDL are involved in the pathogenesis of AD,and their alteration in level may be associated with the severity of AD.
