摘　　要：针对资金来源对企业技术创新绩效的作用,本文以大中型工业企业作为研究对象,分析了政府直接拨款、企业自有资金投入、金融机构贷款等对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结论表明,企业自身研发资金投入对企业技术创新绩效有着显著影响,而政府直接拨款和金融机构贷款缺乏显著影响。针对这一研究结论,本文进行了解释说明,并反思了政府在企业研发活动中的地位和作用,提出了相应的政策建议。According to the role of capital source, the paper takes large and medium - sized industrial enter- prises as research object and analyses the impact of government allocate fund , enterprise self - owned capital in- vestment, financial institutions loans on enterprise innovation performance. The results indicate that enterprise＇s own R＆D investment has significant influence on enterprise technology innovation performance. But the government allocate fund and financial institutions loans have no significant influence. The paper explains the research results and ponders over the government position and role on enterprise research and development activities. Relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
