摘 要:国内外学者对红松松籽壳和松塔的化学成分及生物活性开展了大量的研究工作,发现含有萜类、多糖、多酚、黄酮、脂肪酸等多种化学成分,并具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等生物活性,具有重要的药物开发前景。文章结合国内外其他研究小组近几年对红松松籽壳和松塔的研究情况,对其生物活性成分研究进展做一总结。希望能为松籽壳和松塔的综合利用、变废为宝提供科学依据,为促进红松活性天然产物的研究与开发奠定基础。Extensive work has been done on the chemical components and biological activities of Korean pine seed shell and cone recently. It is reported to contain terpenes, polysaccharides, polyphenol, flavone, fatty acid , etc for its immunity enhance- ment, anti- oxidation, anti -tumor, antibacterial and antiviral activities, and has important future for the drug development. This paper extensively reviewed the Korean pine seed shell and cone literatures in our task group and other research groups and summarized the chemical components and biological activities in order to provide the scientific evidence for utilization and pratical research of Korean pine seed shell and cone.
