摘　　要：从蒲公英花中提取的黄色素是一种具有一定营养价值的天然色素。研究蒲公英花中黄色素的提取方法以及抗氧化活性的测定,为蒲公英花黄色素的开发、利用提供了一定的科学依据。The yellow pigment extracted from Herba Taraxaci is a natural pigment with certain nutritive value.The extraction ways and identification of antioxidant was studied.It aimed to provide the reference for the development and utilization of the yellow pigment extracted from Herba Taraxaci.
