摘　　要：在人体最重要的内源性抗氧化系统中,必需微量元素硒是一种关键的辅助因子。有关的研究主要集中在下列方面:正常组织的辐射防护,恶性肿瘤的射线增敏,消水肿药效,硒的预测效果,初期和续发癌症的预防效果。进一步探讨微量元素硒在妇科肿瘤中的应用。The essential trace element selenium, which is a crucial colactor in the most important endogenous antioxidative systems of the human body, is attracting more and more the attention of both laypersons and expert groups. The interest of oncologists mainly focuses in the following clinical aspects： radioproteetion of normal tissues, radiosensitizing in malignant tumors, antiedematous effect, prognostic impact of selenium, and effects in primary and secondary cancer prevention. Hence, this research is on application of selenium in gynecological tumor.
