摘  要:目的:为万寿菊提取物安全性评价提供毒理学依据。方法:按卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)进行小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果:万寿菊提取物对雌雄小鼠急性经口的最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于20.0 g/kg BW,属无毒级;三项致突变试验均未见致突变作用;大鼠30 d喂养试验结果,3个剂量组大鼠各项指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论:万寿菊提取物属无毒级;未见潜在致突变作用;大鼠30 d喂养试验,未见明显毒性反应。Objective: To provide basis for the toxicological assessment of marigold extract. Methods : Acute tox- icity test, mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mice sperm abnormality test, Ames test and thirty - day - feed- ing study were conducted according to methods in "Standard for Testing and Assessment of Health Food". Results: The acute oral MTDs of marigold extract on mice were all greater than 20.0 g/kg BW, belonging to non - toxic grade. Marigold extract in the bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mice sperm abnormality test and Ames test were all not found mutation effect. Thirty -day -feeding test on rats showed that there was no significant difference be- tween the control group and the other three dosage groups respectively. Conclusion: Marigold extract was non - tox- ic without potential mutagenicity. No obvious toxic reaction was found in thirty -day - feeding test of rats.
