摘  要:目的:运用基因分型技术对一起由维尔肖沙门菌引起的食物中毒进行溯源分析,探讨分子分型技术在沙门菌食物中毒中病原菌溯源和应用可能性。方法:采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)法对一起食物中毒事件中分离的11株维尔肖沙门菌进行基因分型和溯源性分析。结果:从病人肛拭中分离出的8株维尔肖沙门菌和引起该食物中毒的食物中分离的3株菌株都属于同一克隆。结论:此次食物中毒由同一株维尔肖沙门菌引起,PFGE分型技术可以直观的判断分离菌的亲缘关系,为流行病学调查和溯源提供可靠而实际的依据。Objective: To investigate the pathogens of a food poisoning event by the method of genotyping, to diss- cuss the application possibilities of genotyping in traceability of the pathogens of Salmonella from poisoning food. Methods: Pulsed - field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to analyze 11 isolates of Salmonella Virchow separa- ted from the food poisoning event. Results: Eight strains isolated from patients and three strains isolated from foods were all the same. Conclusion : The food - poisoning is caused by the same genotype of S. Virchow strains. PFGE methods is helpful to find out the heredity background of isolated bacteria and to provide reliable and practical source of epidemiological investigation.
