摘　　要："优质护理"这一使用频率很高的词,至今仍是个很模糊的概念,不同人有不同的看法,目前国家也没有统一标准和确切的定义。因此,如何准确应用于临床成为现今护理事业发展的一大难题。本篇从人类的需要层次论出发结合病人的需要,认为只有当病人的需要得到满足时,机体就能够处于平衡状态,有助于个体维持健康。"以人为本"、"以患者为中心"的护理工作理念得以落实,从而可以使临床护理质量得到提高,促进整体护理进一步深化。The conception of ＂high--quality nursing＂ is very vague although it is used frequently today . There is no unified standard and the exact definition about it in our country at present. That is the reason that how to apply high--quality nursing to clinical accurately has become a big problem in the de- velopment of nursing career. Depending on the human needs hierarchy theory and integrating with the patients＂ needs, the writer of this thesis thinks that the body is able to he in the state of balance when the patient needs met. It is helpful to remain individual healthy. So that, ＂Human--centered＂ and ＂Patient -- centered＂ of the nursing work idea could be implemented. The quality of clinical nursing could also be improved and the holistic nursing care could be promoted further deeply.
