延边地区朝鲜族和汉族男性血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶分布特征与多种代谢指标的相关性

摘　　要：[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族男性血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)分布特征及其与多种代谢指标的相关性.[方法]随机选取延边地区安图县朝鲜族和汉族男性常住居民1 708名进行健康体格检查,收集研究对象的一般情况,测量身高、体质量、腰围(WC)、臀围、血压,准确测定GGT、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血糖(FBG)水平.[结果]朝鲜族与汉族男性GGT平均水平(U)分别为1.52±0.37,1.40±0.29,GGT异常检出率分别为22.6%(206/910),9.6%(77/798),且朝鲜族男性的GGT平均水平(t=7.264,P<0.01)及检出率(χ2=51.884,P<0.01)显著高于汉族.随着GGT水平的升高,体质量指数(BMI)、WC、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及TG,FBG(汉族)平均水平呈增高趋势(P<0.05).[结论]延边地区朝鲜族男性GGT水平及GGT异常检出率明显高于汉族男性;血清GGT水平与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TG及FBG密切相关.OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between distribution of gamma-glutamyl transferase （GGT） and multiple metabolic indexes in Korean-Chinese and Han men of Yanbian area. METHODS 1 708 residents who was selected by a simple random sampling method were examined. For all subjects, the general information was collected, and the anthropometric indexes including height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and blood pressure were measured, and the biochemical indexes including serum GGT, TC, TG, HDL-C, FBG were measured. RESULTS The level of GGT among Korean-Chinese men （1.52 ± 0.37） was significantly higher than that among Hart men （1.40±0.29, t = 7. 264, P〈0.01）, and the prevalence of GGT disorder in Korean-Chinese men （22.6 %, 206/910） was significantly higher than that in Han men [（9.6%, 77/798）, X2 = 51. 884, P〈0.01]. The level of BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG and FBG was progressively higher with the increases of the level of GGT among Korean-Chinese and Han men （all P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The level of GGT and the prevalence of GGT disorder in Korean men was significantly higher than in Han men of Yanbian area. There was significantly relationship between distribution of GGT and BMI, WC, SBP, DBP,TG, FBG.
