摘　　要：目前,我国对大学生劳动维权教育的研究或论述很少,我国高校也并没有形成系统的劳动维权教育模式。大学生主要是通过高校的公共必修课的课程了解劳动保障法规。但是,高校的公共必修课的课程课程中"法律基础"部分涉及到劳动法的内容极少,缺乏针对性,无法达到劳动维权教育的目的。因此,帮助大学新生了解亟需掌握的劳动法律知识,培养我国当前大学生劳动维权教育模式,劳动维权意识是有效开展大学生劳动维权教育的基本途径。At present,in our country,on College Students＇ labor rights education,study or discuss rarely,our universities have not formed the system of labor rights education mode.College students mainly through the public compulsory course understand of labor and social security law.However,the public compulsory course in the course of ＂legal foundation＂ part relates to labor law content is few,lacking of pertinence,unable to reach the purpose of labor rights protection of education.Therefore,help university students learn to master labor law knowledge,cultivate our current college students＇ labor rights education mode,consciousness of labor rights protection is the effective development for college students＇ labor rights education.
