摘　　要：分析了"卓越工程师培养计划"实施过程中普遍存在的三个突出问题,以盐城工学院机械设计制造及其自动化国家特色专业建设为例,提出相应的解决办法,给出了在实施"卓越工程师教育计划"实践教学方面的具体举措。Three outstanding problems existing in the course of ＂educational plan of excellent engineers＂ were analyzed. Taking？the national characteristic major construction of Mechanical Design, Manufacture and Automation major in Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example, some？solutions were provided and measures of educaling excellent mechanieal engineers were presented.
