摘　　要：在分析教育资源开发应用现状的基础上,提出了基于云计算理念与技术的软硬件及数据资源充分共享的区域教育资源云平台的构建思路,重点阐述了由接入门户层、应用服务层、支撑工具层、基础技术层、资源云层等构成的区域云教育资源云平台系统体系结构及其分层功能,并对教育资源云平台的共建模式、教学资源共享以及信息化系统的SaaS服务做了深入的探讨。By analyzing the current regional educational resources development and application,this paper put forward the ideas and methods based on the concept of cloud computing technology for building a regional education resources platform which can fully share hardware and data resources.The architecture and function including the access portal layer,application service layer,the support tool level,the underlying technology layer,resource clouds were emphatically described.Meanwhile,the article analyzed the build mode,education resources sharing and information systems SaaS service.
