摘　　要：参考咨询馆员的实践性知识直接对图书馆参考咨询工作以及馆员自身的专业发展产生影响。为此,探讨参考咨询馆员实践性知识的内涵、特点与价值,并在此基础上寻求实践性知识建构的有效路径具有重要意义。The practical knowledge of reference librarians can have direct effect on libraries＇ reference service and librarians＇ professional development.Therefore,it has important significance to investigate connotation,features and value of librarians＇ practical knowledge,and to seek the way of constructing the above knowledge.
