摘　　要：知识服务能力是民族院校图书馆服务实力的体现,是构成民族院校图书馆形象最实质的要素,是民族院校图书馆的价值所在,提高知识服务能力也就是增强了民族院校图书馆的核心竞争力,在全面转型时期,民族院校图书馆可以从知识服务理念和馆员知识服务能力及平台建设等几方面,全面提高民族院校图书馆的知识服务能力,这也是文化强国战略中图书馆的责任与使命。Knowledge service ability reflects the strength of the national universities library services,is the most essential elements that constitute libraries of Universities image,and is the value of the library of the National universities,to improve the knowledge of the service is to enhance the ability of the national universities Library core competitiveness.In comprehensive transition period,the national university library from the knowledge service concept and librarians knowledge service capability and platform construction aspects,and comprehensively improve the knowledge service ability,which is the cultural strategy of library＇s responsibility and mission.
