摘　　要：文章论述了城市社区的基本含义,分析了在转型期的时代背景下,社区发育对我国城市治理的重要意义,分析了当今社会条件下不同类型的社区和城市治理之间的关系,并对通过促进社区发育解决城市治理当中的问题给出了对策建议。The article discusses the basic meaning of city community,then analyses the significance of community development on city governance under the background of transformation period.By analyzing the relationship between various social communities and city governance in current time,counter measures are put forward about solving the problems in city governance by promoting the community development.
