新疆伊犁新源县6～10岁儿童下颌第一恒磨牙龋病现况调查

摘　　要：目的调查新疆伊犁新源县不同民族儿童下颌第一恒磨牙龋病患病状况，为龋病的防治工作提供依据。方法根据世界卫生组织《口腔健康调查基本方法》和第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案，对新疆伊犁新源县3所小学746名6～10岁的哈萨克族、维吾尔族、汉族儿童第一恒磨牙龋病进行口腔检查，统计第一恒磨牙惠龋率，分析年龄、民族与患龋率的关系。结果新疆伊犁新源县6～10岁儿童下颌第一恒磨牙总患龋率为32．8％，哈萨克族，维吾尔族，汉族下颌第一恒磨牙患龋率分别为40．9％，38．0％，26．8％，哈萨克族、维吾尔族、汉族下颌第一恒磨牙患龋率差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。6～10岁各年龄组患龋率分别为31．6％，21．2％，36．8％，37．7％，56．2％，6岁组患龋率最低，患龋率随着年龄的升高而上升，7岁组分别于8岁组，9岁组差异差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）．结论新疆伊犁新源县不同民族儿童下颌第一恒磨牙惠龋率较高，下颌第一恒磨牙龋损呈上升趋势，应加强第一恒磨牙龋病的早期防治。，Objective To investigate the caries status of first permanent molar in children aged 6-10 in in Xinyuan County of Yili Kazak autonomous prefecture in order to define the stress of dental caries preventi on and the countermeasures. Methods According to the criteria recommended by the Third National Oral Health Investigation, and Oral Health Surveys：Basic Methods of World Health Organization, the deciduous caries of 746 Kazak,Urghur and Chinese children aged from six to ten in three elementary school Xinyuan County of Yili Ka- zak autonomous prefecture were clinically examined. Caries prevalence rate first permanent molars were record- ed, The correlation of gender and nation with caries prevalence was analyzed. Results The prevalence rate of caries was 32.8%, The differences were also shown among ethnics, respectively being 40.9%, 38.0% and 26.8% in Kazak ,Uigur and Chinese children（P 〉 0.05）. Caries increased with the increase of age（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of caries among 6-10year old children in first permanent molars has an increasing tendency with the increase of age. Some concrete measures should be taken to stop the progress of caries and decrease the oc- currence of caries.
