摘　　要：遗传多样性亦称基因多样性,是生物多样性的核心,是指自然界中每个物种同一种群内不同个体之间在分子水平上存在的差异,反映的是生物体遗传上的千差万别。遗传多样性的研究对于了解畜禽的起源、品种分化及畜禽的遗传育种都具有重要意义。我国地方鸡的种类繁多,研究鸡的遗传多样性,不仅能加强对生物多样性的保护,同时对起源、进化、分类鉴定及遗传育种等都有重要意义。文章对目前我国各种鸡群的遗传多样性在形态学、染色体及蛋白质水平方面的研究进行综述。Genetic diversity which is also known as gene diversity, it is the core of biological diversity core, refers to the differences between dif- ferent individuals within the same populations of each species in nature at the molecular level, and reflects the various types of organisms on the genetic level. The study of genetic diversity has important significance for understanding the origin, species differentiation, and genetic breeding of livestock and poultry. Due to a wide variety of local chickens in China, the study of the genetic diversity not only can strengthen the protec- tion of biodiversity, but also has an important significance in the origin, evolution, classification, identification and genetic breeding. The arti- cle reviews the studies of genetic diversity of various Chinese chicken flocks at the levels of morophology, chromosomes and protein.
