不同壳色麻旺鸭蛋品质及各性状间相关性研究

摘　　要：为改善鸭蛋品质和为鸭品种选育提供参考依据,研究选择麻旺鸭的60枚蛋,对蛋重、蛋壳颜色、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄重、蛋黄比率进行了测定及分析。结果表明:除蛋重处于中下水平外,麻旺鸭的各项蛋品质指标均表现优异。麻旺鸭的蛋重分别与蛋黄重和蛋黄颜色呈极显著或显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.575(P<0.01)、0.344(P<0.05);蛋黄重与蛋黄比率呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.713(P<0.01);蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度呈极显著相关,相关系数为0.380(P<0.01);其他参数间的相关系数未达到(极)显著水平。3种不同类型颜色鸭蛋的蛋重、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄重、蛋黄比率、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度均差异不显著(P>0.05)。To provide a reference for improving the duck egg quality and duck breeding, sixty eggs from Mawang domestic ducks, were used to detect and analyze the egg qualify traits, such as egg weight, eggshell color, egg shape index, shell strength, Haugh unit, egg yolk color, shell thickness, yolk weight, yolk weight ratio. The results showed that the indices of egg quality of Mawang duck eggs were excellent except egg weight in the lower level. Through correlation analysis among egg quality traits of Mawang duck eggs, the results showed that there was a highly significant or significant positive correlation among egg weight, yolk weight, and egg yolk color, respectively; and the correlation coefficients were 0. 575 （P 〈0.01 ） and 0. 344 （P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively; there was a highly significant positive correlation between yolk weight and yolk weight ratio, and the correlation coefficient was 0.713 （P 〈 0.01 ） ; there was a significant positive correlation between shell strength and shell thickness, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 380 （P 〈 0.01 ） ; there were no significant or highly significant correlations among the correlation coefficients of other parameters. There were no significant differences in egg weight, Haugh unit, egg yolk color, yolk weight, yolk weight ratio, egg shape index, shell strength, and shell thickness of the duck eggs with three different eggshell colors.
