摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺粘液癌的临床病理特点,为乳腺粘液癌的治疗提供参考。方法对乳腺粘液癌所有患者从临床表现、治疗方法、病理组织学变化、临床分期、预后等方面进行回顾性分析。结果 50岁以上和40～50岁者,分别占48.39%(15例)、45.16%(14例);从发现包块或溢液至就诊时间平均(32.5±2.8)个月;临床以乳房包块占64.52%)、乳房胀痛(18例,占58.06%)、乳头溢液(2例,占6.37%)为主要表现,外上象限为好发部位;31例患者X线检查可见表现为团块状影;肿瘤直径平均(5.5±2.8)cm;发生腋窝淋巴结转移4例(占12.90%);31例患者均采用手术联合化疗治疗;本组31例黏液癌中属单纯型者22例(占70.97%),混合型9例(占29.03%);Ⅰa期2例(占6.45%,),Ⅰb期2例(占6.45%),Ⅱa期22例(占70.97%),Ⅱb期2例(占6.45%),Ⅲa期1例(占3.23%),Ⅲb期1例(占3.23%),Ⅳ期1例(占3.23%)。结论乳腺黏液癌以中老年人为好发人群,生长缓慢、转移率低,外上象限为好发部位,临床无典型症状,病理分型以单纯型为主,临床分期以IIa期为主。Objective To investigate the breast mucinous carcinoma of the clinical and pathological features, for the treatment of breast mucinous carcinoma of the reference. Methods All patients with mucinous carcinoma of the breast from the clinical manifestations, treatment, histopathological changes, clinical stage, prognosis, etc. were analyzed ret-rospectively. Results The prevalence of age to 50 years, mainly 40 to 50 years of age, accounting for 48.39% （ 15 ca-ses）, 45.16% （14 cases） ;from the discovery of mass treatment or discharge to the average （32. 5 ± 2. 8） months; clinical breast mass to account for 64. 52% ）, breast pain （ lg cases, accounting for 58.06% ）, nipple discharge （2 ca-ses, accounting for 6. 37% ） as the main performance of the upper outer quadrant of the predilection sites; 31 cases pa-tients with X - ray shows the performance impact of block ; Average tumor diameter （ 5.5±2. 8 ） cm; Occur axillary lymph node metastasis in 4 cases （ 12.90% ） ; 31 patients were treated by surgery combined with chemotherapy; 31 pa-tients mueinous carcinoma in the case of a simple type in 22 cases （70.97%） , mixed type in 9 cases （29.03%） ; Ⅰa period of 2 cases （6. 45% ） , I b period of 2 cases （6.45%） , a period of 22 cases （accounting for 70. 97% ）, Ⅱb 2 cases （6.45%） , Ⅲa period of 1 （ accounting for 3.23% ） ,Ⅲb 1 case （ accounting for 3.23% ） , Ⅳ 1 case （ ac-counting for 3.23% ）. Conclusions Breast mutinous carcinoma in the elderly as a risk, slow growth, the transfer rate is low, the upper outer quadrant of a good site, without typical clinical symptoms, pathological type to simple type - based, clinical stage dominated by Ⅰ a period.
