豁痰祛瘀法配合针刺疗法治疗耳鸣临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价豁痰祛瘀法配合针刺疗法治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将60例耳鸣患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组采用豁痰祛瘀法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合针刺治疗,均以30 d为1个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:豁痰祛瘀法配合针刺治疗耳鸣疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods：60 cases with tinnitus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases of each group.The control group was given expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis method and the treatment group was given additional acupuncture treatment based on control group,30 d as one course of treatment.Results：The effective rate was 73.33% in the control group and 90.00% in the treatment group.Conclusion：The curative effect of expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus is distinct.
