钠和四氢呋喃插层无硫膨胀石墨制备及微结构的研究

摘  要:利用Na和四氢呋喃(THF)做插层剂制备了无硫膨胀石墨,并且采用XRD、SEM、EDS和TG-DTA等手段对得到的膨胀石墨的结构、表面形貌和热稳定性进行了测试分析。结果表明,Na和THF受热突然膨胀使石墨片层发生卷曲,石墨的结晶结构没有原始石墨规整,导致002衍射峰减弱。300~650℃阶段,失重曲线缓慢下降,失重率为10.1%,650℃之后,失重曲线快速下降,主要原因是没有被钠处理的石墨开始被氧化变成二氧化碳。Sulfur-free expandable graphites(EG) were prepared using sodium and THF as the intercalation agents.The structure,surface morphology and thermal stability of EG were analyzed by the means of XRD,SEM,EDS and TG-DTA.The results showed that the sudden expansion of Na and THF caused by heating made the graphite sheets curling,and the crystalline structure of the graphite was not so regular as the original graphite,leading to the decreased 002 diffraction peak.During 300~650 ℃ stage,weight loss curves slowly declined with the weight loss ratio of 10.1%.At 650 ℃,the rapid declined weight loss is mainly due to the graphite oxidation by oxygen into carbon dioxide.
