摘 要:目的通过观察应激对髁突软骨细胞内P物质的影响,探讨应激对颞下颌关节的可能致病机制。方法建立应激动物模型,运用RT-PCR技术检测对照组、应激组与药物对照组大鼠髁突软骨细胞SP mRNA表达变化。结果在第10天时应激组SPmRNA表达最高。药物对照组SPmRNA的表达也有升高。第20天时应激组SPmRNA与第10天时相比显著降低(P<0.05),但高于对照组(P<0.05),药物对照组水平接近对照组(P>0.05)。第30天时应激组和药物对照组SP水平回落到空白对照组水平(P>0.05)。结论应激可能在颞颌关节病形成过程中起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the possible pathogenic mechanism of stress in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) through observing the effects of stress on substance P (SP) in the cells of condylar cartilage. Methods The stress animal model was established, and the changes of SP mRNA expression in the cells of condylar cartilage of rats were detected in the control group, stress group, and drug control group using RT-PCR technique. Results The stress group showed the highest SP mRNA expression on day 10. SP mRNA expression was also increased in drug control group. SP mRNA in stress group on the 20th day was significantly decreased compared with that on the 10th day (P〈0.05). However, it was higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The level in drug control group was similar to that in the control group(P〉0.05). The levels of SP in stress group and drug control group fell back to the control level on day 30 (P〉0.05). Conclusion Stress may play an important role in the formation of temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD).
