摘 要:目的了解食管癌、贲门癌术后患者吻合口狭窄与进食状况之间的关系,为指导术后患者进食方式提供科学依据,预防术后吻合口狭窄或减轻狭窄的程度。方法选择118例食管癌、贲门癌患者,分别在术后30、60、90、180d时,对进食的种类、时间和吻合口狭窄发生率及程度进行随访。结果术后长期进流食组的狭窄发生率最高,半流食组次之,普食组最低。狭窄程度以流食组最严重,半流食组较严重,普食组最轻。结论术后坚持早进普食有利于预防吻合口狭窄的发生或减轻狭窄的程度。Objective To evaluate the relation between anastomotic stricture and diets situation after resection of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma,offer scientific evidence for patients diet mode instructions and prevent the anastomotic stricture or reduce the stricture degree. Methods The follow -ups were conducted for 118 esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients in 30,60,90 and 180d after the operation. Diet mode,time,stricture occurrence rate and degrees were recorded. Results In the group which had fluid diet for a long period,the occurrence rate of anastomotic stricture is the highest. The common diet group has the lowest rate while the semi-fluid diet group is between them. The degree of anastomotic stricture in fluid diet group is the most serious. The degree in common diet is the slightest and the semi-fluid diet group is between them. Conclusions Having common diet early after the operation can help prevent the anastomotic stricture and reduce the structure degree.
