西甲硅油去泡剂在磷酸钠盐肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察西甲硅油在磷酸钠盐肠道准备中祛泡应用效果。方法 160例行肠镜检查患者随机分为对照组(检查前1h口服安慰剂60mg,安慰剂即为温纯净水),药物组一(检查前1h口服西甲硅油30mg+温纯净水30ml),药物组二(检查前1h口服西甲硅油60mg),比较3组大肠肠道内所含气泡量,同时观察有无不良反应。结果与对照组相比,2个药物组大肠内的气泡较少、图像清晰度较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2个药物组比较,差别无统计学意义。3组均没有出现明显不良反应。结论西甲硅油能够祛除肠道内的气泡,30mg剂量即可,加大剂量对于效果改善不明显。Objective To evaluate the simethicone emulsion combined with Sodium phosphate for bowel preparation of patients before undergoing colonoscopy examination. Methods 160 patients who would accept colonoscopy were randomized to three groups：control group,simethicone emulsion group 1 and simethicone emulsion group 2. Patients in control group were given warm water as placebo. Patients in simethicone emulsion group 1 were given 30 mg simethicone emulsion and 30 mg warm water. Patients in simethicone emulsion group 2 were given 60 mg simethicone emulsion. The foams and the pictures quality in the intestinal were compared among the three groups. Results The simethicone emulsion group1 and group 2 had less foams in the intestine and better pictures quality than control group（P0.05）. But there was no statistic difference between the simethicone emulsion group1 and group 2. There was no adverse effect among the three groups. Conclusions Less foams and better pictures quality could be achieved by simethicone emulsion combined with Sodium phosphate for bowel preparation. And 30 mg simethicone emulsion may be enough for one bowel preparation.
