改制医院绩效管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：企业医院改制是医疗改革的一项重要探索,医院改制后的经营管理模式值得探讨。我院改制过程中在实施ISO9001质量管理体系基础上,实行科学的绩效管理,建立了具有本院特色的绩效管理体系,取得显著成效,为医疗体制改革提供了宝贵的经验。Enterprise hospital reform is an important exploration of the healthcare reform. The pattern of management in the reformed hospital is worth to investigate. Combined with the ISO9001 quality management system, the scientific performance management was successfully implemented in the enterprise hospital reform, and led to remarkable results with our hospital characteristics. Our valuable experience would be provided for healthcare reform.
