摘　　要：行政服务标准化是促进政府效能提升的重要手段。本文首先分析了标准化对政府效能建设的作用,并以三个典型实践活动为例,具体展示了标准化对政府效能提升的推动作用,为我国行政服务标准化工作的整体开展提供现实借鉴。Administrative service standardization is important means of promoting government efficiency. This paper firstly analyzes the role of standardization on the government efficiency construction, also concretely displays the role of standardization to government efficiency promotion with three typical cases, which can provide reality lessons for administrative service standardization in China.
