摘　　要：随着高校辅导员职业的发展,辅导员职业规划越来越成为研究的热点,本文选择以安徽省H学院辅导员职业规划为选题,重点从个体角度分析辅导员职业规划现状及存在的问题,分析其制约原因及对策。With the development of college counselors occupation planning, it has became a research focus increasingly. This paper bases on the topic of the occuption planning of counselors in the H college of Anhui province. It hilights the situations and problems of occupation planning of the counselors from the individual perspective and probes its restrict factors. Therefore some countermeasures are proposed.
