摘　　要：人才培养模式是高校开展专业教育的主要依托,为能够培养出与社会需求相契合的人才,高校需要对人才培养模式进行与时俱进地优化。文章着眼于旅游管理本科专业人才培养模式的创新问题,首先分析了创新的必要性,进而阐述了创新的思路,在此基础上探讨了创新途径。A professional education in Colleges and universities main relies on talents training mode. To ensure to cultivate the talents who are suitable to social demand, talents cultivation mode need to be optimized to keep the pace with the times. The article focused on innovation of talent training mode of undergraduate major for tourism management. Firstly analyzes the necessity of innovation, and sets forth the thinking of innovation, and proposes innovation way in this foundation.
