摘　　要：从能源计量的范围入手,对当前企业能源计量存在的问题,诸如管理机构不健全、计量器具不齐备、计量人员素质不高、计量数据管理混乱,提出针对的解决性方案。指出虽然企业能源计量中还存在诸多问题,但是完善企业能源管理体系,已成为企业实现降低生产成本、完成节能减排目标的必由之路。Starting from the energy measurement range, in view of the energy measurement problems exsiting in current enterprises, such as the managerial mechanism is unsound, measuring instruments is not all ready, incom plete measuring personnel quality is not high, the measurement data management is chaotic, etc, it puts forward scheme to solve. Although there are still many problems in the enterprise energy measurement, perfect enterprise energy management system has become to reduce the production cost, achieve energy saving emission reduction goals only.
