摘  要:建立同时检测食品中β-胡萝卜素、安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠等5种添加剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。实验采用等浓度洗脱,以Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,选用紫外检测器,以体积比V(0.02 mol/L乙酸铵)∶V(甲醇)=95∶5为流动相,吸收波长为237 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min对康师傅水蜜桃汁、美年达葡萄味汽水进行检测,一次进样在15 min内完成5种添加剂的测定。该方法的线性范围为0.01~0.1 mg/mL,线性相关系数范围为0.994 5~0.999 9,样品的加标回收率在95%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.01%~4.15%。该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作方便,检测快速,是检测食品添加剂的有效方法。A method was developed for simultaneous determination of five food additives by high performance liquid chromtatography(HPLC),such as β-carotene,acesulfame potassium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium.Isocraticelution was adopted in this method.Eclipse Shim-pack VP-ODS was used as separation column,methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate,volume ratio is 5∶ 95.Samples such as juicy peach drink and grape soda in mirinda were detected at 237 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min by UV detector.Analysis for each sample can be finished for 15 min.Under these conditions,the linear rang 0.01~0.1 mg/mL,with the linear correlation coefficient between 0.994 5 and 0.999 9,the average recovery of standard addition was 95%~103%,and the relative standard deviation was within 2.01%~4.15%.This method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility with the characters of simple operation and rapid determination.It is all effective method for determining food additives.
