医院内护理应急管理系统的组建与运作

摘　　要：目的提高护理人员急救能力,以应对突发事件。方法组建医院内护理应急管理系统,由10名护理管理者、38名应急救援队员组成,队员分批到急诊科接受为期1个月的培训,然后分成A、B、C 3个小组,A、B组各15人分别承担单、双月应急救护的工作,C组8人参与每次突发事件的应急救护工作;无突发公共卫生事件时参与所在科室排班。结果组建护理应急管理系统前,批量伤员抢救成功率79.49%,患者满意度86.02%,组建后升至95.59%和96.92%,组建前后比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。培训前38名应急救援队员的一般自我效能总分为(21.59±6.34)分,培训后为(31.23±4.67)分,培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论组建护理应急管理系统提高了突发事件抢救成功率和患者满意率。Objective To construct a hospital-wide nursing emergency management system and to explore the effect of the practice.Methods A hospital-wide nursing emergency management system,which included 10 managers,and an emergency response team of 38 members,was constructed.Team members took turns to receive one-month training in the emergency department,then they were divided into 3 groups of A,B and C.Group A（15 nurses） were arranged to shoulder on rescue tasks in odd months,and group B（15 nurses） on even months,in case of a massive disaster or accident.Group C（8 nurses） were assigned to be involved into each rescue mission.When there was no massive disaster or accident,all the team members were put on normal shifts in the units where they worked.Results Before the construction of the hospital-wide nursing emergency management system,success rate of emergency rescue of mass casualty stood at 79.49%,and patient satisfaction rate at 86.02%.After construction,the above-mentioned rates rose to 95.59% and 96.92% respectively,with significant differences before and after the operation of the system（P0.01 for both）.The self-efficacy scores of the 38 members amounted from（21.59±6.34） before the training to（31.23±4.67） after the training,with significant difference lying between them（P0.01）.Conclusion Construction of a hospital-wide nursing emergency management system improves success rate of emergency rescue of mass casualty and patient satisfaction,and also increase nurses′ professional values.
