摘 要:通过优化100 t转炉冶炼65Mn钢工艺参数,包括装入制度的确定、加料方式的改进、供氧强度及变压变枪位操作方式的优化等,解决了65Mn钢留碳去磷的难题,提高了冶炼65Mn钢的一拉率,减少了跑渣的发生机率,提高了白灰的熔化效率,降低了白灰单耗,65Mn钢冶炼成本降低了9.07元/t。Based on optimization of operating parameters for producing the 65Mn steel made by 100 t converter, such as establishing the charging system, improving the mode of feeding, opti mizing the oxygen-supplying system and the mode of operating the oxygen lance by variable pres sure and position-changing of the lance, good results are achieved which are characterized in that the problem on how to hold carbon but remove phosphorus during smelting the 65Mn molten steel is resolved, improving the success rate of the first decarbonization in smelting the 65Mn steel and further the probability of occurrence of slag losing is cut down and the melting efficiency of lime is improved and the consumption of lime is reduced instead. So the cost for smelting per ton of the 65Mn steel by the converter is reduced by 9.07 RMB.
