早期清理分离鼻腔黏连并置管对鼻咽癌放疗后并发症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期清理分离鼻腔黏连并置管对预防鼻咽癌放疗后鼻腔黏连和后鼻孔闭锁的作用。方法对30例符合入选标准的鼻咽癌放疗后的患者,早期行鼻咽镜下鼻腔粘连和后鼻孔闭锁的清理及分离,并行鼻腔置管,在治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月对患者进行鼻咽镜检查和主观症状调查,在6个月和12个月行CT检查。结果患者术后随着复查时间的延长,客观的影像学征象及主观的症状都有明显改善。结论早期对鼻腔黏连行清理分离及置管可以有效降低鼻咽癌放疗后的并发症,有利于提高鼻咽癌患者的生活质量和治疗信心。Objective To explore the necessity about early clearance and severance of the nasal adhesion and tube insertion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient after the radiotherapy. Methods 30 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after the radiotherapy were treated with the early clearance and severance of the nasal adhesion and tube insertion in nasal cavity after the operation. Nasal pharyngoscopy check and syndrome investigate were done after one week, one month, three months, six months, and one year respectively. Results With review time prolonging,after treatment featuers imaging and and subjective symptoms improved obviously .Conclusion Early clearance and severance of the nasal adhesion and tube insertion in nasal cavity was helpful to decrease the occurrence of radiation-induced complication in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy and improve the quality of life.
