摘 要:目的观察外源性Heregulin(HRG)对大鼠深II度创面愈合的影响及对创面抗凋亡蛋白的表达情况。方法建立左右对称的两块大鼠背部深II度皮肤缺损动物模型,分别给予常规处理和HRG治疗,并于伤后1、3、7、10d分别取创面皮肤标本,并取正常大鼠皮肤作为参照。常规病理HE染色创面观察,免疫组织化学染色技术检测Bcl-2蛋白的表达变化情况。结果 HRG治疗组创面再上皮化进程优于对照组,HRG治疗组各时段创面组织的Bcl-2蛋白表达高于相应对照组。结论 HRG对于皮肤创面愈合有一定的促进作用。Objective To observe the effects of recombinant human heregulin-βl (HRG)on skin wound healing and the expression of anti-apoptotic protein in second-degree wounds during the repair process in rats. Methods A rat skin defect model with two symmetrical second-degree wounds in the back was established. Each side was treated with or without HRG. And the skin samples were taken at the following time points: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, and 10 days post-wound. HE (hematoxylin-eosin) staining was used to observe the morphology changes of the skin tissue. Immunohistochemistry staining technique was applied to detect the expression of Bcl-2. Results The process of re-epithelialization of the HRG-treated group was faster than the injured control group .Compared with control group, the expression of Bel-2 in HRG-treated group was higher. Conclusion HRG can promote the skin wound healing.
